Frequently Asked Questions
An original photo ID: ID card, passport or driving licence. Zoom won't accept copies or photos on your phone, and no valid ID means no entry and no refund. 16-year-olds can go to concerts on their own, under-16s need a parent or responsible adult, and club nights are 18+.
No. The bars and the entrance take cash as well as EC and credit cards. Drinks come with a deposit token, and you'll get 2 euros back when you hand the empty glass or bottle in at the bar.
Only in the smoking bar while it's open, or outside the main entrance once entry has closed. It's banned everywhere else. A January 2025 reviewer said you have to walk through the smoking room to reach the toilets, and a July 2026 reviewer complained about smoking in the hall during a concert.
