Frequently Asked Questions

There is no published clear-bag rule. Standard small purses, crossbody bags, and fanny packs go through at the door; oversized bags and backpacks are typically turned away and there is no formal on-site bag check program in fan reports. All bags get a visual inspection at entry. Pack light or leave a bag at your hotel rather than counting on storage at the door.

In-and-out privileges have been granted on a per-show basis per fan reports, usually for a smoke break or fresh air on Granville. It is not universally guaranteed across every event, and policy can vary by promoter or touring act. If you need to step out, confirm with the door staff at entry before you commit.

The bars and coat check operate on card or mobile payment in practice and cash is not reliable across the room. Bring a card, not Canadian bills, for drinks and the coat check. The automatic 18% bar gratuity is added to the card total, not collected as a separate tip jar.
