Frequently Asked Questions
Bags over A4, outside food and drink, cannabis, and animals other than certified assistance dogs. Security checks for cameras and recording gear and can hold it until the show's over. Kids under 6 aren't let in except at family events.
Partly. Both the stand and the floor are up stairs, and rollators have to be handed in at the cloakroom. Wheelchair users get a step-free entrance: walk left from the main doors, past the box office, to the ramp at the end of the building. It leads to the wheelchair podium, which has an accessible toilet beside it. You'll need a wheelchair ticket, issued against a Schwerbehindertenausweis through the HAZ ticket shop.
The buses get rerouted. When the Heinz von Heiden Arena hosts a concert, the Robert-Enke-Straße, Stadionbad and Luise-Finke-Weg stops aren't served, and the nearest replacement is Beuermannstraße. On those nights, take the U-Bahn.
