The venue doesn't publish its own list, so go by your promoter's. The Cebu Concert Scene guide lists bags over 12 x 12 inches, outside food and drinks, selfie sticks and tablets as banned. A vlogger at IV of Spades in July 2026 reported phones were fine but dedicated cameras, action cams included, weren't.
It isn't confirmed. The venue hasn't said it's cashless, and local guides say to bring cash and a card, so carry both.
Local concert guides point you to MyBus Route 1 from SM City Cebu, which stops at the SM Seaside Terminal by the mall's Mountain Wing entrance, or the CIBUS loop from the Cebu IT Park terminal. They also say to check the last trip before the show and keep a Grab as backup.
