  Multiple fan reviews praise the sound from the lower bowl, but upper-rank attendees report noticeable reverb and muddiness, particularly in the highest sections. If sound quality matters to you, the lower tiers are the safer bet.

  Parking: prepay the Arena-Tarif.

  The on-site garages P1 through P4 charge €2 per hour, but you can pay a flat €9 Arena-Tarif at the kiosk before the show starts. This lets you exit within three hours of the event ending without queuing at the payment machines. P3 is the accessible garage with elevator access to the main foyer level.

  Köln Messe/Deutz station is a 2-minute walk from the arena and serves ICE long-distance trains, S-Bahn lines S6, S11, S12, and S13, and tram lines 1, 3, 4, and 9. Many concert tickets include a VRS transit pass valid from four hours before the event through end of service. Check your ticket for the VRS logo.

  Bags, backpacks, and fabric bags larger than DIN A4 (21cm x 30cm) are not allowed inside. A staffed bag check opposite the North entrance costs €4 per bag, opens 30 minutes before doors, and stays open until 60 minutes after the event.
